Master in Health Administration of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and Adult Psychiatrist. He is head of the Trauma and Dissociation Unit of the PUC School of Medicine and was a disaster management advisor at the Ministry of Health. He has worked in the field in psychosocial crisis management in different emergencies such as the 27F earthquake, CASA 212 FACH accident in Juan Fernández, cloistering 33 miners at the San José Mine in Atacama, and MINUSTAH in Haiti.
He has held individual and collective trauma talks in several cities in Chile and abroad, including the United States, Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Japan, India and Uruguay. He is the creator of the ABCDE Psychological First Aid (PAP) model and the Psychological Monitor Training Course, which seeks to scale the GPs to further them in the community.
