Researcher

Sarah Kelly earned her Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Arizona in 2018, under the tutelage of Dr. Carl Bauer. Sarah is committed to doing collaborative research and for the last five years she has worked with Mapuche-Williche communities in the Los Ríos Region. His research considers the intersection of hydroelectric plants, knowledge policies, Indigenous rights, and disaster risks. He is currently working on research related to these topics as a postdoctoral fellow with a Conicyt grant from Cigiden.
