Sebastián Vicuña
Civil Engineer of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, MSc and PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Berkley. He is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, Director of the UC Center for Global Change and Researcher of CIGIDEN. His areas of interest are hydrology, global change, adaptation and public policy.
