L5. Socio-Economic Assessment of disasters and Mitigation Strategies for Resilient Critical Infrastructure Systems

This line of research focuses on the socio-economic assessment of the impacts of natural events that
could modify Central Chile’s critical infrastructure networks and complex systems, and how analyzing and pondering the socio-economic effects of these hazards can help design mitigation strategies, thus
contributing to increase the resilience of systems.
